A completely newly developed vehicle generation in the luxury class: in September 1972, Mercedes-Benz presented the “Mercedes-Benz S-Class” to the public for the first time – a vehicle generation that marked the state of the art in passive safety. In May 1975, the 450 SEL 6.9 was introduced as the new flagship model of the series and legitimate successor to the 300 SEL 6.3. Powerful performance, maximum comfort and special features such as central locking, air conditioning and windscreen wiper washer system distinguished the flagship model. Based on the original 450 SEL in meticulous detail, the miniature model will attract attention in any collection. The hand-assembled precision model not only impresses with its authentic paint finish, but also with its detailed representation of the interior. With doors, bonnet and boot lid, a total of six parts on the model car can be opened to allow a view inside the car.
